Parking at Castle Condominiums is limited. See below for rules on where residents, guests of residents and customers of the commercial parking lot may park their vehicles.

RESIDENT PARKING

• The parking garage under the building.
• The resident parking lot behind the building.
• Street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
• Each licensed driver living at Castle Condominiums may register one vehicle. Because parking on the association property is a common element in high demand, a maximum of two vehicles per unit may receive a parking sticker.
• One parking sticker for each licensed driver living in the same unit.
• Separate applications for each sticker are required.
• A parking sticker application, cover letter to all residents, and instructions for sticker placement may be downloaded from the association website using the following links.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARKING LOT
The large parking lot at the corner of Nygaard and Jackson Streets is exclusively for customers of that commercial property. Residents, or guests of residents, may not park there.

GUEST PARKING
Per Castle Condominium Rules and Regulations Article 2.13, the guest parking lot near the building’s main entrance is for use by guests of Castle Condominium Residents only. This lot is not for use by Castle Condominium residents.
