Safety Information for Castle Condo Owners |

Please SLOW DOWN when entering or exiting the parking garage.
Keep right when driving in the parking garage.
Do not let strangers or non-residents into the building. All guests should use the intercom system in the entryway to gain access to the property.
If the owner does not use the intercom system, the guest may contact the owner using their mobile phone.
Do not give out the front entrance access code to anyone. Only residents should have this code.
Do not prop open any outside access doors.
