When waste is dumped inappropriately the Condo Association, made up of you and your neighbors, becomes obligated to pay for the cost of proper removal.
1. All residents of Castle Condominiums must follow the rules set by Pelletteri Waste Management for proper disposal of waste items.
2. Castle Condominiums has two outside areas for disposal of trash and recycling. One on each side of the large garage door. Each side has both a trash dumpster and a recycling dumpster. All dumpsters are emptied twice a week.
3. Please break down all cardboard boxes in order to maximize the space in the recycling dumpster.
4. No items are to be left on the ground outside of the dumpsters. There are rules regarding what can be disposed of in the dumpsters. Do not put bulky items in the dumpsters. Please use the tool provided below to obtain information on how to properly dispose of any item.

Can styrofoam be recycled?
No. Styrofoam in not recyclable and should be placed in the trash dumpster.
Can articles of clothing or shoes be recycled?
No. Articles of clothing or shoes are to be donated or put in the waste dumpster.
How do I dispose of electronics such as televisions?
Televisions cannot be placed in the recycle or trash dumpsters. It is the responsibility of the resident to properly dispose of televisions, computers or other electronic devices on their own.
Can I dispose of paint, wood stain or varnish in the trash dumpster?
No. Is it illegal in Wisconsin to dump fluid paint, wood stain or similar items in the dumpster. You may dispose of paint IF it has been completely dried in the can.
